Part 4 of Raising the Minimum Age, featuring Ellen Langerr, professor of Psychology at Harvard University and author of Counterclockwise: Mindful Health and the Power of Possibility, describing an experiment in the 70s and 80s wherein she took 8 men and put them in an environment that replicated 1959, when they would have been 20 years younger. They were told to put their minds in that year – and she wanted to see if their bodies would follow.

I follow Big Picture Science and I enjoy myself and learn something new with every program. However I feel obliged to mention that the claims about reversing aging put forward by Professor Ellen Langer are quite controversial.
